I have an inkling that this little lot will be the last vibrant colours to appear in our garden this year so I’m going to enjoy every last lovely minute of them!
They’re beautiful! Wonderful to savor the last of the blooms. I love your new photo! It’s nice to see you sharing your lovely smile!
Thank you! I was getting tired of seeing the other photo, this one is much cheerier I think!
beautiful flowers! wish we had some in our garden. it’s just weeds now
It’s so dreary without flowers isn’t it? I’m hoping that the roses will flower through until the first snow arrives.
They look so fresh and pretty!
Thanks Meg. They’re certainly enjoying this cooler temperature after the horribly long hot summer, they’ve taken on a whole new lease of life
Nice but a sad thought.
I know it is a little sad, soon that horrible white stuff will be on the ground and I’ll get gardening withdrawal symptoms until it melts. Aargh!
I fear you may be right – and that means I better find time real soon to snap a few pictures of what’s left in my yard!
I know, it’s amazing how quickly the season sets in, you think that you have plenty of time and then “poof” it’s too late! It occurred to me that I hadn’t put any flower pics on my blog for ages so I did a swift run around with my little digital
hmmm, lucky you! We have snow on the way… almost all of the trees have turned golden and have dropped their leaves… enjoy your flowers!
Thank you Nancy, I will. I don’t envy you your first fall of snow I think (I hope) we are going to get a late snowfall this year, last year it fell late October and it made winter seem forever, yuk!
Autumn is so special with flowers that give that last little show for us. ENJOY! Christina
It’s such a wonderful month and the flowers look much healthier now that the intense heat has disappeared, I will be sad to see the colour go but I have the excitement of looking forward to it all again next year!
Gorgeous Eleenie!
I’m going to miss all this colour!
Gorgeous!!
Thank you!
